Your prompt is ready. Here is how to use it.

PromptForge turns your brief and selected skills into a prompt you can take anywhere. Create it here, copy it, and paste it into a new conversation in the AI chat you prefer. The answer arrives in that chat app.

1. Create and review your prompt

Describe what you need, add useful context, and choose skills that serve the request. Put them in the order you want the work done, then select Create my prompt. Read the resulting text before copying it: does it name the right audience, include the facts you intended, and ask for a useful output?

The prompt compiler assembles your instructions without calling an AI model. You can save the prompt to your workspace, download the text, or copy it immediately. No AI key, subscription details, or model setup is needed in PromptForge.

2. Copy the complete prompt

Select Copy prompt beside the finished text. PromptForge copies the complete compiled prompt, including your brief and selected approaches. If clipboard access is unavailable, select the text and copy it manually, or download the text file.

A saved prompt works the same way: open it from Saved prompts, choose the version you want, and copy the current text. Keep the saved prompt in PromptForge so you can return to the wording that produced a useful result.

3. Open your preferred AI chat and paste

Use OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Gemini, or another LLM you prefer. The links beside your prompt open those chat apps in a new tab. Sign in there using your own account, open a new conversation, paste the prompt into the message box, and send it.

Opening a destination link does not send your prompt. You choose what to paste and when to submit it. PromptForge does not connect to that account, purchase a plan, or import the response. Your chosen service manages its own tools, plans, limits, and conversation settings.

4. Choose a tool that fits the output

For an infographic or illustrated explanation, use a chat tool with suitable image or diagram features. For a research brief, supply the relevant sources or use a tool that can access them. The prompt describes the output you want; the chosen tool determines what it can create.

The prepared examples in PromptForge illustrate possible results. A tool might produce a rendered visual, a diagram specification, or structured text. If you receive a description when you wanted a graphic, check the tools available in that chat and clarify the format in a follow-up.

5. Review the response and refine your next request

Read the response in your chat app. Check facts, calculations, citations, and code before using them. If the result misses the brief, ask a focused follow-up there, or return to PromptForge to revise the request and skill selection.

Save a new version when you improve the prompt. PromptForge preserves your saved prompt history; the AI conversation and its outputs remain in the chat app you chose. Keep passwords, private keys, and unnecessary personal information out of either prompt box.

Deliver the requested work itself, with the most useful result first. Use a deliberate hierarchy, concise section headings, readable spacing, and concrete details. Use tables for genuine comparisons, numbered steps for sequences, and checklists for actions when they improve usability. Preserve continuous prose for emails, stories, speeches, translations, and other narrative deliverables. Honor explicit length, tone, style, medium, and exact-format requirements; valid JSON, CSV, code-only, or final-only requests must not gain an introduction, decorative formatting, or extra commentary. Avoid a wall of undifferentiated text, ornamental filler, invented metrics, and generic advice. Treat the selected skills as one coherent brief. Style, tone, persona, critique, and editing selections modify the main deliverable; they do not each require a separate essay or artifact. Combine compatible visual approaches into a unified composition. Give genuinely different requested deliverables clear boundaries, and follow the selected recipe resolution where requirements conflict. Match each section to its audience and purpose, and remove repeated material. Use available creation or rendering tools for a finished visual, chart, slide deck, workbook, or other requested artifact. If the necessary tool or input is unavailable, disclose the specific limitation and provide a clearly labeled, usable production alternative rather than presenting a text description as the finished artifact.

APPROACH
1. Separate a subject into labeled components
Identify the main entities and separate the subject into labeled components. Explain each component’s role, its boundaries, and its relationship to the others. Keep labels consistent across the diagram and its explanation.

2. Organize information as an infographic
Create one finished, high-resolution illustrated infographic image as the main deliverable. Use the available image-generation tool to render it now. Unless the brief specifies a different style or medium, use a landscape editorial composition with a clear title, readable short labels, generous spacing, coordinated color-coded sections, and polished dimensional illustrations of relevant people, objects, and scenes. For a process, connect numbered stages with arrows and show important decisions or exception branches visually. Make every illustration support the supplied information; do not invent statistics or events. Return the finished image plus a short accessible text summary. An HTML widget, text-only timeline, Mermaid diagram, or layout description does not fulfill this image request. If this chat cannot generate images, clearly state that limitation and provide a labeled image-generation prompt for use in an image-capable tool. Respect explicit medium and style choices in the brief and any recipe resolution.

3. Show an end-to-end journey
Show the journey from the starting event to the final outcome. At each stage identify the action, the responsible person or system, and what happens next. Include a realistic exception path without implying it has already occurred.

QUALITY CHECK
Use specific, useful language. State material assumptions and uncertainties. If essential information is missing, ask a focused question before proceeding. Do not invent facts, results, or completed actions.
