Who to contact

For privacy questions or requests, email support@promptforge.cloud. Please identify the account involved, but do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unnecessary private prompt content.

Information you provide

We store your account name and email address, authentication records, appearance preferences, and the work you choose to save. Saved work can include prompts, their versions, recipe presets, favorites, and activity associated with those items. Passwords are hashed. Optional two-factor authentication adds authenticator and recovery-code records.

Your brief is sent to the PromptForge server to assemble your prompt. Compilation alone does not save the brief as a saved prompt; it is stored as saved work when you choose to save it. The public demo does not persist its brief. If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic account identity, including your email address and profile information, to create or authenticate your PromptForge account. We use that information for account access and operation. PromptForge requests basic sign-in permissions, not access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, or calendar. OAuth tokens stored by the application are encrypted.

How we use information

We use information to provide your workspace, assemble and save prompts at your request, authenticate accounts, deliver account and security emails, answer support requests, prevent abuse, investigate service issues, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use saved prompts to train an AI model.

Cookies and measurements

Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions and authentication flows. Appearance choices may be stored in your browser. PromptForge does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics; optional aggregate application analytics are disabled for this launch. Security controls and operational logs may process network addresses, request metadata, and account-related events to protect and maintain the service. Ordinary operational logs are not intended to collect prompt text or passwords.

Your chosen AI chat

PromptForge does not accept AI-provider API keys, submit your prompt to an AI provider, or receive the response. You copy the prompt and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or another service you choose. That service handles the resulting conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening a destination link does not include your prompt text.

Hosting, email, and access

Administrators can view account names, email addresses, registration and last sign-in dates, verification status, and access roles. They can disable or restore account access and assign administrator roles. Administrative changes are recorded with the acting administrator, affected account, date, action, and any reason provided. The administration screen does not display passwords, authenticator secrets, or private saved prompts.

Account and support email is handled by our mail service and by the email providers involved in delivery. Hostinger provides infrastructure and backup services; Google provides optional sign-in. Authorized operators and service providers may access information as needed to operate, maintain, secure, or support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and the rights or safety of its users.

Your information may be processed outside your country. We use HTTPS, account ownership checks, restricted infrastructure access, and protected authentication records to reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Retention, backups, and deletion

Account and saved-work records are kept while needed to provide your account and the features you use. You can delete saved prompts and request account deletion from Account settings. Confirmed account deletion removes the associated live application records. Support correspondence and security records may be retained as needed to resolve requests, investigate incidents, and meet applicable obligations.

Recovery backups can contain earlier copies of information and are not immediately rewritten when you delete a live record. Those copies remain subject to the current backup retention and retirement arrangements and restricted recovery access. Contact us for questions about a particular deletion request; we do not promise immediate removal from every historical backup.

Your choices and requests

Use Account settings to export your account data, manage sessions, change available account settings, or delete your account. You can ask us to correct information that you cannot update yourself. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaints to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

PromptForge is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Policy changes

We will update this page when our practices change. For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice through the service or email where required.
