Make the audience concrete

“Everyone who likes design” gives a model little direction. “Independent designers who want a short weekly collection of useful references” sets an audience, an attention budget, and a reason to subscribe. Include only benefits you can substantiate.

Separate the message from the rollout

Build a recipe that frames the offer, explores message alternatives, and sequences a launch. Ask for one main promise across the landing page, email, and social post. Include a review step so unsupported claims do not slip from one draft into every channel.

Measure one learning goal at a time

For a new newsletter, the first goal might be learning which sample issue gets people to request the next one. Choose the measurement before choosing a success threshold. Do not ask a model to invent conversion rates or testimonials to fill an empty page.
